The reason why the Orearville cemetery does not have any of the Orear family is that there is an Orear family cemetery. It is on HWY 240 just southwest of Blackktop P [don't know if this has another name now or not]. It is in Twp 51, Range 20, Sec 26.

It has many Orears and Orear family descendents, including my ancestor, Robert Catlett Orear, died 1869 and his daughter and son-in-law [Mary Catlett Orear George and James Jameson George], my ancestors.

It is listed in Volume V [5] of Tombstone Inscriptions from cemeteries in Saline Co., MO. published by Saline Sentiments, Rt 1, Box 16, Gilliam MO 65330.

It has been some time since I purchased books from them, so I don't know if they are still in business.
