IN PAST TIMES

In past times we would play with our friends. In past times we would go around as normal kids. Then when your cancer hit, you were the one on the spotlight. I was just a brother. Then our past came to be a lot more fun. Then we had thought you had beat this. Then after about two years of you not having cancer, on September 11, 2001, when the world was dealing with terrorism, we were in the hospital hoping for the best but praying about the worst. Then on November 24, 2001, I was with my friend. Then I got home and they said you had passed away. I thought my heart was torn in two. But then I knew you had gone to a place were you can hurt no more. In past times I can remember the things we used to do. In past times. In past times.
